Any such changes will take effect fourteen (14) days after posting, except for those related to new features or required by law, which take effect immediately. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Additionally, by using specific services, you may be subject to additional terms applicable to those services, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy available at malaysia-mdac-arrival.com/privacy/. All such terms are incorporated herein by reference.

Service Regulations

malaysia-mdac-arrival.com is not liable for any costs, damages, or expenses resulting from any malfunction or cause, including but not limited to travel modifications, interruptions, restrictions, or cancellations, nor for any incidental, direct, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages, including loss of profit or revenue, beyond the total service fee paid by the customer. malaysia-mdac-arrival.com assumes no liability, whether or not aware of the possibility of such damages.
Delivery Time
malaysia-mdac-arrival.com will make every effort to meet delivery times but does not guarantee any delivery schedule.
We are not liable for delays or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, or actions or omissions of public authorities (including government website delays affecting our services). malaysia-mdac-arrival.com is not responsible for the actions or inactions of any country’s government officials or employees.
Processing times for travel entry cards, passport renewals, and photo services are approximate and based on experience with relevant authorities. malaysia-mdac-arrival.com does not guarantee processing times.
Entry card requirements are determined by respective governments and may change without notice. Although we strive to provide accurate and current information, we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. malaysia-mdac-arrival.com assumes no responsibility for such information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued when clearly qualifying under our standard refund guidelines:
If your application has not been reviewed by our team and not submitted to government authorities, you will receive a full refund of both the malaysia-mdac-arrival.com service fee and the government (entry card) fee.
If your application has been reviewed but not yet submitted, you will receive a refund of the government (entry card) fee only.
If your application has been submitted to the government or an entry card has been issued, refunds cannot be made.
Application Rejected: In rare cases where your entry card is denied, under our 100% Approval Guarantee, you will receive a full refund of both the service fee and government fee, provided as credit for future orders.
If malaysia-mdac-arrival.com makes an error in your application, 100% of our service fee will be refunded, and we will reprocess your entry card free of charge.
Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
To request a refund, please email info@malaysia-mdac-arrival.com with the subject “Refund Request.”
Definitions
Service Fee: The application assistance fee charged by malaysia-mdac-arrival.com.
Government Fee / Entry Card Fee: The fee collected by the issuing government authority, applicable to all applicants.
Terms of Use
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or display through our services, including passwords, videos, images, data, software, text, sound, graphics, and messages. You agree not to:
(a) Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including violating data, privacy, or export control laws; or
(b) Interfere with, modify, or hack the service or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
When receiving entry cards or other travel documents (entry card, photo, passport), you must verify all information immediately and ensure your passport remains valid for at least six (6) months from the start of travel. Documents are sent by email or accessible in your account area. malaysia-mdac-arrival.com is not responsible for non-receipt due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses.
Fees
You may be required to provide valid credit card or payment method details. You represent that all such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You must promptly update any changes (e.g., billing address, expiration date).
If you dispute a charge, you must notify us within sixty (60) days of billing. malaysia-mdac-arrival.com reserves the right to change prices. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum allowed by law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except those based on malaysia-mdac-arrival.com’s net income.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel service if you:
Intentionally provide false, incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate documents;
Fail to comply with instructions for the e-entry card or related services;
Do not respond to our requests for required information or documentation; or
Violate any provision of these Terms.
If an application is canceled for the above reasons, service fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimer of Liability
As stated in the “About Our Services” and “Hiring Our Services” sections, we are not responsible for situations beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
The approval or rejection of an application, which depends solely on immigration authorities.
Applications denied due to fraudulent, incorrect, or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
Entry card approvals later revoked by authorities.
Delays in processing due to immigration response times.
Rejection of entry at the border, as the final decision rests with the authorities.
Inaccurate or outdated traveler information causing rejection.
Airline staff refusal of boarding due to mismatched passport and entry card data.
We are also not liable if:
The applicant is a minor or otherwise lacks legal capacity to contract.
Personal data is submitted by a third party without consent.
Personal data of a minor is submitted by someone other than their parent or legal guardian.
Use of our services is at your own risk. The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” malaysia-mdac-arrival.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
(I) the services will meet your expectations;
(II) the services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
(III) results from the services will be accurate or reliable; or
(IV) products or materials obtained through the services will meet your requirements.
